Right of Return / Cancellation

You can return any items purchased from the Catherine Nail Collection online shop without giving reasons within 14 days. The period begins no earlier than the receipt of the items. Timely dispatch is sufficient to meet the deadline. Returns should be sent to:

Compensation may be requested if the condition of the items worsens.

You may revoke your contractual declaration within two weeks without any reason in text form (e.g., letter, fax, email) or by returning the items. You are obligated to return the items completely. Timely sending of the revocation or the items is sufficient to meet the deadline. In case of a valid revocation and after return of the items, the contract will be dissolved and any payments already made will be credited. If the items show signs of use or damage upon return, we reserve the right to claim compensation. The revocation should be addressed to:
