General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application

•  For orders placed in the Catherine Nail Collection online shop, the following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) in the version valid at the time of the order apply. No verbal side agreements have been made. You can save and/or print the GTC on your computer for the purpose of online ordering.

•  The Catherine Nail Collection online shop, Vor Braken's Höhe 1, 34289 Zierenberg, is a business unit of Catherine Nail Collection GmbH, Vor Braken's Höhe 1, 34289 Zierenberg.

2. Conclusion of Contract / Quantity Limits

•  The purchase contract is not concluded merely by placing your order. Your order constitutes an offer to conclude a purchase contract with us. After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order with the order details. This email does not represent acceptance of your offer to conclude a purchase contract; it merely confirms receipt of your order.

The purchase contract is only concluded when we ship the ordered products to you and confirm the shipment with a further email. For products from the same order not listed in this email, no purchase contract is concluded.

We deliver our products only in quantities customary for household use. This also applies if several orders each contain products in household quantities but the total number of ordered products exceeds household quantities.

3. Shipping Costs

In the Catherine Nail Collection online shop, you pay different flat-rate shipping fees depending on the order value. These can be found in the delivery information.

4. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of Catherine Nail Collection GmbH until full payment is received.

5. Delivery Reservation

We deliver while stocks last. Delivery is only made within Germany.

6. Delivery

Delivery of the items is made to the delivery address specified by you. We strive to deliver the items within 2 to 3 working days from order confirmation, at the latest within one week. We are entitled to partial deliveries if part of the ordered goods is temporarily unavailable. Any additional shipping costs resulting from this will be borne by us in all cases.

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty provisions apply. Assignment of these claims to a third party is excluded.

8. Payment Terms / Set-off / Retention

Payment for the items is made exclusively by cash on delivery.

Payment by sending cash or checks is excluded. Catherine Nail Collection GmbH excludes liability for loss.

Set-off and assertion of retention rights are excluded unless your counterclaim is undisputed or legally established.

9. Prices

All stated prices include VAT and are quoted in euros.

10. Data Protection

Your personal data required for order processing will be stored and treated confidentially in accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Data Protection Act (TDDSG).

11. Applicable Law

Only the law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
