You can generally visit our website without having to provide any personal information. In particular, the log files contain information about the browser and operating system used, the date and time, IP address, service provider, websites previously visited by the user and, where applicable, geographical information. We also record the page from which you access our website, which pages on our server are visited and how long visitors remain on a page. This data is used to ensure the functionality and trouble-free operation of the website, to safeguard our information technology systems and to improve our online presence.
If you place an order in our shop, register with us or contact us, we will ask you for certain information, such as your email address, billing and delivery address and your age, so that we can process and deliver your order or respond to your enquiry.
- This also includes:
- Contact enquiries (emails/contact forms)

- Webshop
- Participation in prize draws.
The data collected is used exclusively for the respective purpose. Log file data is anonymised and deleted once the required retention period has expired.
Contact, order and registration data is used to process orders and provide the requested products and services. Once the purpose for which the data was used no longer applies or the statutory retention periods have expired, your personal data will be deleted.

Use of cookies
“Cookies” are small files that allow us to store specific information relating to you, the user, on your PC while you visit our website. Cookies help us determine how frequently our websites are used and the number of users, as well as make our services as convenient and efficient as possible for you. GOOGLE ANALYTICS
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and enable your use of the website to be analysed. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is generally transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the USA. However, if IP anonymisation is activated on this website, Google will truncate your IP address beforehand within Member States of the European Union or in other states that are party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. On behalf of this website's operator, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity and provide the website operator with other services relating to website and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics will not be combined with other Google data. You can prevent cookies from being stored by selecting the appropriate settings in your browser software; however, please note that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of this website in full. If you click on an advertisement placed by Google, a conversion tracking cookie will be stored on your computer/device. These cookies expire after 30 days, do not contain any personal data and therefore cannot be used to identify you personally. The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking
You can prevent cookies from being stored by selecting the appropriate settings in your browser software; however, please note that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of this website in full. The verification process distinguishes whether the information has been entered by a human or improperly through automated machine processing. The verification process includes the transmission of the IP address and, where applicable, other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service to Google. For this purpose, your input is transmitted to Google and used there. However, Google will truncate your IP address beforehand within Member States of the European Union or in other states that are party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
